Production Samples and Locking Orders

Happy Friday!
PRODUCTION
There were a few things that we had to correct and improve based on the production sample we received. Now they are all caught up and ready to print.
One of the changes is the color of the inside of the box for Box AQUA.
The other is the size of the meeple. There was a miscommunication and we almost ordered a bunch of tiny meeples for Box AQUA. Yes, it is bigger, not smaller :)
AQUA is scheduled to be in production in two weeks. It usually takes four weeks to print, so we should have more pictures to show you six weeks later. Based on the current schedule, we should be ready to fulfill by early June.
PLEDGE MANAGER
So far, 10% of the backers haven't completed their pledge manager on Backerkit, and a reminder was emailed before this update. In addition, we will be locking your pledge manager selections next week and charging additional purchases the week after. If you have any questions or concerns about the pledge manager, please message me and let me know.

Missing Pictures from the Previous Update

Argh ... sorry. I don't know why pictures were missing from the previous update. Hope it works this time :)
These are AQUA pocket and deluxe editions on the custom AQUA playmat.
The deluxe box dimensions were supposed to be 5x7. Now it is about 5x8, slightly bigger. Hopefully no one minds :) Btw, we are only making 500 of the deluxe edition.
This is the bottom of the deluxe box.
Here are some of the painting cards.
These are the scoreboard and two score tokens that come with the deluxe edition. The board thickness is 3 to 4mm. Extra thick!

It's an exciting day because AQUA's production sample just arrived.

Pledge Manager Setup
Over the past few weeks, our team has been diligently working on setting up the pledge manager via Backerkit. We're pleased to announce that we've made substantial headway and have now submitted a request for review. With this milestone achieved, we're on track to provide you with access to your pledge manager very soon! Keep an eye out for our next update, scheduled for next week, where we'll provide detailed instructions on how to access your pledge manager. This will allow you to complete your shipping address and survey, ensuring a smooth delivery process for your AQUA rewards.
Production Progress
In tandem with the pledge manager setup, we've also been focused on advancing the production phase of AQUA. We're excited to report that we've finalized the quotation process, marking a crucial step forward. In the coming weeks, we'll be diving into the submission of graphic files, a key component in bringing the vibrant world of AQUA to life. This progress puts us in an excellent position to stay on track with our production timeline.
Revised Delivery Estimate
We have some fantastic news regarding the delivery timeline! Thanks to the dedication of our team and the smooth progression of production tasks, we're now aiming for an earlier delivery timeframe. While our initial estimate pointed to delivery in July, we're now looking at a revised timeline with delivery expected in June. This means you'll get to experience the wonders of AQUA even sooner than anticipated!
We're incredibly grateful for your ongoing support, enthusiasm, and patience throughout this journey. AQUA is shaping up to be something truly special, and we can't wait for you to dive into the immersive world we've created.

We're thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our crowdfunding campaign for AQUA! Your overwhelming support and enthusiasm have been truly inspiring throughout this journey. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for believing in the game and the paintings and contributing to making it a reality.
As a token of appreciation, we have unlocked the final stretch goal - Lotus of Promenade painting card. Now every copy of AQUA pledged on Kickstarter will include the following three painting cards.
As we transition to the next phase of our project, we're excited to share some important updates with you:
Pledge Manager Coming Soon
We're currently in the process of setting up a pledge manager where you'll be able to complete your mailing address and any additional details necessary for fulfilling your rewards. We understand the importance of ensuring that you receive your rewards seamlessly, and the pledge manager will facilitate this process. Expect to receive further instructions on accessing the pledge manager before the end of February.
Graphics Finalization
We are working hard to finalize all the graphics for AQUA. We're dedicated to delivering a product that exceeds your expectations in terms of both quality and aesthetics. Printing Preparation
Once the graphics are finalized, we'll swiftly move into the printing phase of production. Our goal is to ensure that every detail is meticulously executed to bring AQUA to life in its full glory. We anticipate commencing the printing process in April, paving the way for the next stage of our journey.
Fulfillment Timeline:
With everything falling into place, we're optimistic about commencing fulfillment by May.
